Our commercial strategy was initially based on the role of subsuppliers for large companies, which considered it advantageous to outsource part of their work to us. This collaboration has allowed us to earn a solid reputation for reliability and quality, also recognized by the main pharmaceutical companies.
Recently, however, we have adopted a new strategy, strengthened by the esteem we have received from the pharmaceutical companies themselves. For this reason, we are currently unable to present significant references, as our approach to the market is in full evolution.
The first site, located in Praticello di Gattatico, covers an area of 5,000 m2, while the second, located in Naples, occupies an area of 7,000 m2. Total yearly capacity
of both site is equivalent 500mio folding boxes based on 5×2 shift configuration.
Naples plant is the result of a collaboration with the Italian government which support the recovery of industrial areas no longer in use. This site benefits from significant tax incentives which allow us to acquire cutting-edge technologies and guarantee staff training.
These advantages are also reflected in extremely competitive production costs.
With this strategic investment, we have developed two production sites, both designed to replace each other and guarantee continuous internal backup capacity. The first site, located in Praticello di Gattatico, covers an area of 5,000 square metres, while the second, located in Naples, occupies an area of 7,000 square metres. The total annual capacity of both sites is equivalent to 500 million folding boxes per year.
From establishment moment of the pharmaceutical folding box division operated mainly as a subcontractor for the main Italian manufacturers in the sector (in accordance with ISO 35000). Starting from the second half of 2023, we have implemented a new commercial strategy, working with primary customer and not anymore as subcontractors. This end up in a better service and more competitive cost.
